You may return your item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags, packaging, and authenticity cards (if applicable) are included
- The item is not marked as a final sale

- Items without original packaging or tags
- Personalized or custom orders
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
- Email support@zeistia.us with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- Reason for return (optional but helpful)
- Our team will review and send a prepaid return label (FedEx, UPS, or DHL) within 24–48 hours.
- Pack your item securely and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming your refund approval.
