- All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging
- You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed the next business day.

Zeistia is not responsible for delays or additional fees caused by customs clearance procedures.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your package is:
- Delayed: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days before contacting us
- Lost or stolen: Email us at support@zeistia.us — we’ll open a carrier investigation and help resolve the issue
8. Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when checking out.
We are not responsible for:
- Missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received
In such cases, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
