3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email support@zeistia.us with:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you’d like to return
    • Reason for return (optional but helpful)
  2. Our team will review and send a prepaid return label (FedEx, UPS, or DHL) within 24–48 hours.
  3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming your refund approval.
